Ken's six-unit condos are nearing the finish line. They are two mirror-image buildings with three units per building. Why Trondheim as a site name? It is a city in Norway Ken has visited, and he was looking for a unique name that you don't see or hear very often. The condos themselves are designed and decorated to be unusual in the market, something buyers will walk into and feel is original.



The units are 2-story, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths with some cool, functional, and elegant touches. Granite counter tops, gas fireplace that comes on with the flick of a switch...
