Snow, October

 

What a difference a couple of weeks make... these pictures are from the same part of the Cascade Highway as those posted under the Oktoberfest weekend. It was snowing as we drove over the pass to visit Ken's sister in Cle Elum.

 

 

This is Ken's neice, Grace, at the harvest festival in Cle Elum. She is 5 and rode the kid's bull about 50 times.


Grace on the bull... she is tiny but tenacious and rode the bull more times than any of the other kids.


Ken's nephew Cody on the bull... arm in the air and all. Cody is lean and a real athlete for his age. He stayed on the bull the longest of all the kids.
